I have joined recently at Bookingjini and my experience has been amazing. 1. Interview Experience - During the interview I was explained in detail what would be my job responsibilities and growth opportunities, then the interview started. It was more of a one to one discussion than interview i.e it was 2 ways not one way 2. Training - Starting from the company's vision to product detail, everything is shared in detail. I was exposed to some self help books which I have never read. The town halls are really informative which helps us to learn about finance, company's goal, achievements, challenges. 3. Training is provided weekly, which has been great in enhancing our skills. Its more impressive that industry leaders conduct some sessions that directly impacts our job roles. Company has a supportive atmosphere. Everyone fosters a teamwork and collaborative culture. The pay is good as per Bhubaneswar market. They have killed the work culture. At Bookingjini, there is absolutely no difference between an ox and an employee, for the management. Over time work, unimaginable pressure, targets, responsibility and constant threats on WhatsApp and on premise that "you are being watched ! make one wrong move and you are out" The employees are actually talented and are very under appreciated. The way they are handling all the clients and this showoff of an unicorn company is commendable. The CEO on the other hand, just be aware of him all the time.
