There is no proper direction to this company. Nothing connects with Vision and mission. Whole and soul of the company is CEO, does a lot of micro management, projects given to work for, are clueless and its not serving any purpose at the end and doesn't add any value to KRA, deadlines are rea lly unrealistic, eventually under stress for no reason</mark>. Work is really boring, coz what you're working in doesn't add any value to your career. Coz your working on something unrealistic task.

Company will not pay salary to its employee. Pathetic policies and you will cry if you join this company. Working on unrealistic project that will not add any value to your knowledge.

Unrealistic deadlines, unrealistic work which will not create any sense. Actually the boss is a masala vendor, he don't know about technical stuffs.
