There is no proper direction to this company. Nothing connects with Vision and mission. Whole and soul of the company is CEO, does a lot of micro management, projects given to work for, are clueless and its not serving any purpose at the end and doesn't add any value to KRA, deadlines are really unrealistic, eventually under stress for no reason. Apart from this, threatening and mocking from the CEO. No learning and No growth in Bonvive. I will never recommend this company for employment....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
