There is no proper direction to this company. Nothing connects with Vision and mission. Whole and soul of the company is CEO, does a lot of micro management, projects given to work for, are clueless and its not serving any purpose at the end and doesn't add any value to KRA, deadlines are really unrealistic, eventually under stress for no reason.
