There is no proper direction to this company. Nothing connects with Vision and mission. Whole and soul of the company is CEO, does a lot of micro management, projects given to work for, are clueless and its not serving any purpose at the end and doesn't add any value to KRA, deadlines are really unrealistic, eventually under stress for no reason. The current team was very supportive. We were always asked to maintain an out of box approach. Senior management was always supportive. There was a comfort to work with bonvive. Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
