1. Tons and tons of things to learn and experience in corporate culture 2. You are experiencing the birth and growth of a company 3. Everybody is adept in what they do, you will absorb a lot 4. Management will try their best to help you out, and teach you stuff. 5. You will be challenged every day, Forced to go out of your comfort zone every day. 6. Good prizes and incentives if you do well.

1. As it is a growing company, you really have to give your best, and even maybe it won't be enough, at that time, you have to just suck it up and continue to give your best and more 2. Long working hours- so late sleep and early mornings have to be regularised, You have to learn to operate with low sleep and high stress, it will teach you Discipline and hustle.
