there is no job security, any thing may happen at any time. they hire people for time pass. 50% of the employees are less than 3 year experience in the company. management have to learn how to treat employees. the company has the worst HR policies. no work-life balance. there will be no career growth. even after 2-3 years no major learning from job side. can't take decisions. all the decisions from a multi crore project finalisation to printer inject purchase will be decided by management. as an individual you are not entitled to take decisions. no scope to learn. nothing great in the job....Read More

It is an example of worst MNC company which spoil the meaning of MNC & it's culture. It is a company which is owned, managed and controlled by typical unprofessional Lala. They just act like they are concerned for employees but in reality, Management and HR everyone is playing politics, they w ill just play around acting like they are actually taking note of your queries</mark>. Hikes are worst. Even if you are dedicated and give your 100% they will still question your performance . Working on old technologies and lots of customized tools are used which has no use outside. Policies are for name sake only. If any employee is working in a honest, sincere and efficient manner they were maximum utilising these employees but they have not get any additional remuneration, incentives or motivations. It is a company which have not any professionalism. Therefore most of their managers have not professional in nature. If any professional manager is coming in that company they were rapidly left from that company or their professionalism is change in that company because most of their works are controlled by a Management which is nothing just group of family mambers.
