When the company owned by the founders it was a great company in Hyderabad and a name of paymaster with great environment. Then new team came as partners and have only consultancy mentality not company caring. Each and everything calculate how much I will save they wish people leave the company if they are on bench instead of helping their sills. No trainings provided to anybody now. Its size was one time 450 in Hyderabad now its 50 in the 5 days. They are not settled the variable pays for the last 10 years to many employees. They didn't pay PF for the last 8 years. You will not get any reply to your email. There is no decision power for anybody as per their role except just to sign on papers. All decisions has to come from the CEO. That scred all the environment. Decisiions taken on the spot without any validation. And the decision is just in favor of management not either company or the employees....Read More

Nothing to share what is good there. Please don't join there sincere advice. No value to hardworking when it come to the money matters. They treat the good employees are thre for them to earn. There is not care for the employee skill or organization growth. Every fresher has to work for free for some months and then beg for them to start payroll. Its all worst environment.

No help except some respect to individual contributors.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
