BoConcept as a brand is a great brand with impressive products with international design standards & quality. The quality that they deliver is unmatchable & they’re known for it.

Dislikes

The Indian franchisee is owned and operated by an individual who sets the rules & regulations for the employees. You can not expect work ethics or benefits with this company. The owner treats his employees like a slave. He will pass demeaning comments on you if you do not perform. That said, the store attracts very few walk-in clients because, the Chennai store is not equipped fully for the customers. Overall, they will expect you to convert sales without any kind of additional support and mock you personally if you do not achieve their unrealistic target figures per month.
