Working at Boch & Fernsh has been disappointing experience. This is pure LaLa company. Despite promises of Saturdays off, employees are often called in last-minute, disrupting personal plans. Management's unprofessional behavior and demeaning treatment of staff create a negative and unappreciative work environment. The owners lack professionalism in handling workplace policies.
