Hr is doesn't contact directly to employees, instead they take feedback from managers and also if employee discuss anything with hr they communicate everything to their reporting manager and do not take any action on employees query

It’s all politics. The owners don’t care, all that shark tank personality is fake. When your own employee starts to get dragged in drama and politics done by young people in higher positions- they don’t care. Too young people are handling very serious positions and they are incompetent. They don’t wanna grow - they just wanna stick to the organisation so they can earn money.
