The company is overall good, HR's are really friendly, management is good, workplace is comfortable, seniors are responsible and kind.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is a bit uncomfortable, due to the extended time sales people are expecting to work // break timings are long instead of that if the total work shift is reduced that could have been better.

They don't care about your personal life/ work life balance, all they need is sales, You have to be ready to work 10:30am to 10pm/Monday to Sunday. Even if you are on your holiday still you have to work. They don't pay salary on time and trust me you will never receive your full salar y which they will mention in your Offer letter, They will cut your salary upto 30% without any valid reason. Product is good. But management is the worst. Won't give you salaries even. Beware. No work -life balance, no satisfaction, no security, no culture, no self respect, etc. and the list goes on.

Management is pathetic. You might not get salary on time, if you even get, then there would be a deduction and no clarification would be given upon the deduction, no culture, no work-life balance, leadership is pure waste (immatured). Beware and join at your own risk.

U would get off only when the manager wants a leave for himself. Even, you might need to work for 7 days a week as well.

Terrible or should say no work life balance. There is just work if you are not making sale then you have to work without week off and if done with the sale, pressure of making more.. So if you are entering company leave the thought of work from home.
