Work life at board infinity is nice. My colleagues are friendly and open to discussing ideas. I get enough flexibility to work on a project. Also, even though it's a startup, the work culture is relatively organized.

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.

Also, being a startup I think in the company culture communication is the key to the success of both the employee and employer.
