So many things has changed. Too much of cost cutting. Sodaxo card benifit has been discontinued, CCD machines has been removed, laying off the employees. Poor transport service in which employees are stuffed like anything on back seat. Right now people are working here because there is no other option.

Very less chances of promotion if you dont have good relationship with higher management or can laugh on every comment and say boss is always right. No matter how much you worked. Work culture is good your managers are biased many of them came from third party and apply rule from their.

Internal politics is ruining it for me. My work was written of to a senior who does politics by the manager. If that's done away with its a great company with great benefits. Need to identify and throw out these garbage.

Full support from manager, onshore stake holder, no micro management, manager and stake holder have trust that job will done once assigned, timely recognition, year end bonus is awesome and year end hikes are good, you will get a chance to work on different asset classes from time to time and you can built good rapport with different stake holders across different regions.

1. The managers are very corrupt and take decisons for granted. 2. At manager level you can see manager who dont even know ctrl copy ctrl paste. 3. Since many managers have completed more than 10 yrs there is an monopoly in company. 4. I have seen people who have not been promoted for 11 years from fresher level . 5. Provides good bonus, and enough leaves a year.

Dislikes

Management isnt good, appraisal is terrible, promotions are very less compared to number of new openings, managers doesnt let you apply for IJPs, have to provide explanation on each of your leaves with proofs.

Dislikes

Company is hiring freshers on salary around 14 lakh to around 33 lakh but they dont have money to provide the same to their senior employees. Since Robin Vince join the organization company started discriminating towards senior employees. It looks like they want all the senior employees to resign the organization and just want to hire freshers to cover them.
