There seems to be a lack of clear vision, resulting in frequent project cancellations and the need to redo the same projects over the past few years. Additionally there have been frequent layoffs and organisational restructuring recently, which have created uncertainty and instability.

Actually nothing is her to be liked they are spending lot of money of campus etc but not paying to the employee. They did lot of lay off but still not ready to pay to the employee

Timing is bit of issue as one need to stretch till late IST hours. But it’s very obvious if you work for US company then there should be atleast 4-5 hrs of overlap.

Company is hiring freshers on salary around 14 lakh to around 33 lakh but they dont have money to provide the same to their senior employees. Since Robin Vince join the organization company started discriminating towards senior employees. It looks like they want all the senior employees to resign the organization and just want to hire freshers to cover them.
