They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Some of the benefits which peers are giving like paternity leaves and work from outside of location is not an issue as long as you complete your office days, whereas in BNP it is limited to just 15 days a year which is a big letdown
