The bonus structure is good. The hike is as per industry standards. Free Sodexo. The amount won't be deducted from the salary. Free insurance.

Partiality. Politics. Hard work never pays off. If it does then it will take a huge amount of time. A person has to be diplomatic. Groupism. If you can manage these things then it is a pretty good company.
