Dislikes

People at this company are not very supportive and HR is not helpful when you ask them about the culture and transperant system of working isn't available. They show it's growing company in IT sector but to be honest they are just doing dropshiping kind of thing. Timing are strict as well as hectic.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
