No job security, If you are fresher then don't choose these types BPO/Call Centre because career growth is very very slow and this is not a company, this is a contract basis office. NO PAYMENT FOR TRAINING ( 7 TO 10 DAYS FOR TRAINING ). FRESHER SHOULD NOT GO BECAUSE CAREER GROWTH IS SLOW Firstly they will say your training period will be for 7 working days but they they will not decide anything for job upto 10 days. And training facility is really very worst. Your trainer will be one of the employee of company and they will not not train you first one or two days.( Don't forget it your training period was only for 7 working days). And after that you have only 4 days for training. Then they will connect your AnyDesk on desktop and tell you very fast upto 4 days. This happens because trainer person have also pressure for his own work so in last day they will fire you if you have not observed proper knowledge for their work....Read More
