Pathetic tech stack. It is company where careers go to die. Under the guise of domain expertise, they make you work on an extremely old technology under very tight deadlines. After working here for a few years, you are unhirable because you have been left behind

From last couple of years increments are very poor, no new benefit added from last so many year and lot of activities and yearly events have dissappeared as part of cost cutting. So, not very lucrative wrt to salary & benefits. Promotions are not based on your merit, its based on your relation with your leader.
