Compensation was good and Appraisal also good number only i got. But, the work is become terrible recent times only from pandemic hectic work pressure. So many people they left the organisation.

Company fired associates during covid but conveyed as it is regulary done every year - No job security . Less pay - compared to outside No work life - balance Management says every thing but wont do any thing . company policies - I see every company in hyderbad provided covid vaccine for free but this company gave 500/- every insurance policy needs to buy(covid insurance , extra insurance ) .
