Confused what to do?

My current salary is 8 LPA and I am interviewing for organizations like TCS and Blue Yonder , and I am trying to get a good salary offer from them. Can I fake my current salary and salary slips to get a good pay there ? Will i be objected during BGV or they let these thing go?

Faking salary details is a huge risk. Most companies do thorough background verification (BGV), and if caught, it could harm your career. Instead, negotiate confidently based on your skills and market standards!

Bro, don't risk your career for a few extra bucks. If TCS or Blue Yonder finds out during BGV, you might lose the offer entirely. Play smart, not risky!

Trust your skills and negotiate based on market trends! Faking salary slips might seem tempting, but the long-term risks aren’t worth it. Better to walk in with confidence than worry about BGV!

Companies like TCS and Blue Yonder respect talent over anything else. Focus on showing them your value rather than faking numbers it’s a safer and smarter move.

BGV is no joke! Even if it works now, it can come back to haunt you later in your career. Negotiate genuinely instead.
