They can kick us out of the company any time if we stand against or question for our promotion. They don't keep us for our good performance nor we are appraised for it. A very immatured approach of the Management. No clear vision. Because of being ownerless organization, there is no proper directives and professional approaches. The company does not know where it would be 5 years down the line. The business is going ahead because of the brand name. Everything are shown absolutely nothing but a hoaxtheory. Company always give opportunity for growth within the team instead of hiring from outside. Perks and benefits are very good, team work and company always taken care of employees. Company paid COVID bonus in 2 years around Rs 30k and always paid salary on 30th/31st even during COVID.
