Old traditional minded people. There is no proper system for the billing & tracking. No work life balance. Politics. Doesn't matter how effectively you work here they will always blame you. Unskilled people at maneger level because they are here from long time.

One of the third class organisation. I have been worked with blue dart as a customer service executive. At my tenure I haven't seen any HR because everything control by manager. Even if the person left the company no HR come and ask you why you leaving the organisation. Manager (Seema) was one of the third class person you are been working under.
