They can kick us out of the company any time if we stand against or question for our promotion. They don't keep us for our good performance nor we are appraised for it. They play political games among employees. I would like to mention the name of my manager who just insulted me without any reason and terminated. Her name is Ms. Payal.

A very immatured approach of the Management. No clear vision. Because of being ownerless organization, there is no proper directives and professional approaches. The company does not know where it would be 5 years down the line. The business is going ahead because of the brand name. Everything are shown absolutely nothing but a hoaxtheory. A beaseless management practices and lack of professionalism. All employee oriented approaches are shown in policy but not in reality. A very non professional organization. Even we have leave they don't give & they extend working hrs but no overtime rs was given more then 9 hrs there was no target gvn , after few months they sart giving target
