Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not as expected.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Everything is very good at BLK hospital... experience lots of experience.

Dislikes

No management of duty is good. Somebody is taking leave, some one is not getting leave then some one is getting double triple leave.Duty rosters change completely, that too without informing them.

Work life at BLK is quite good struggled a bit in the beginning because I was fresher but gave good training and induction teachers are good specially Rajkumar ma'am that's all.
