The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Most supporting hospital...I'm resigned from blk due to some health issues... otherwise I will continue there as a part of blk.on my crisis time also I got maximum support and care...THANK YOU BLK FAMILY....I'm proud to be a part of blk .....

Work environment is too good, best part is bone marrow transplant unit,great team, great support here work is just not work its a part of enjoyment, even doctors are too cooperative

Double duties, if a person is doing double duty then he should have a full right to take compensation as payment or extra off, but.. No.. U are just provided with payment after a month either you want or not..

It was very hectic most times. Also challenging, with different issues everyday. But a solution always comes up, no matter how fast or slow, or impactful or not it may be.
