Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not as expected.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Everything is fine but issue is here they are not increasing our old staff salary that by the staff leave here they are giving more salary To new staff compared to Old staff its a big issue here i m still working here more then to yr i have less salary according to my junior that by my mostly friends leave here

I have worked in this hospital. My experience was very good. Nurses are secure in this hospital. Company has very good policies for their staffs as well as for patients .
