There is an only problem if you work extraa for ur organization's the facilities of compensation of those double duties was not there,my approx 15 double duties were not paid and got comp off during my tenure. They should work on it.

It was nice for me becouse i worked in organ transplant icu but if u talk about the micu no one can stay in that micu the patient staff ratio is very high, venti pt. Should be alloted 1:1 and others should b 1:2 but in blk micu there is no limit

Internal politics were high during appraisal and behave from the seniors especially from some doctors were very bad. They behave like their servant.
