Better experience in Bliss Gvs pharma all the teammates are very supporting, provide the proper training about the SOP and GMP , job security and career growth, but I am not satisfied about my salary and appraisal.But the work experience and environment is so good my best experience in Bliss pharma.
Dislikes
My appraisal not recomended from senior.I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day .managers do not value an individual unique strengths.but they unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.also there is no on job training for fresher's.
