Nothing , too much work pressure , not organised , It's like donkeys ride to be delivered in 20 mins. Too much of politics all over .Too much stress have to work for 24 hours Think thrice before you join Blinkit.

There are no work life balance you have to do work 24/7 you will not get your week off, I did work there 18 days only i didn't get week off after that i gave rzn. never join this company you will have to leave other wise they can fire you there is no job security i was not aware of all thing so i joined but in 10 days i got to know this is not my cup of tea. your RM will talk you like he is owner of blinkit....Read More

Working at Blinkiy has provided me with an excellent experience. The processes are well-established, and the Central Team's data analysis capabilities are impressive. If there are any errors, we are able to identify and address them promptly. The work environment is supportive, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge during my time here. I feel equipped to manage all team members effectively

There are no issues within this company; it offers a positive work environment. However, we do face challenges relating to dark stores facing local concerns, and there seems to be a lack of support for our safety. This is the primary reason I am seeking new job opportunities.
