People here use abusive language on ground and even in teams meeting.. They don't respect anybody. After working with blinkit the family problem has risen to a level where today we stand in a situation to leave family and die. Here they follow simple math, sitting outside the stores, offer some hard drinks to people.. sit with them and work… they don't understand someone in the family could be waiting.. no work life balance… After working here i have not only started abusing but also many other bad things.. there has lot of work pressure. Manpower is very less. there has lot of rules. this job is not secure for future career. No one can do this job for long term. Salary 10th after 9 pm.Very bad experience.

The company earlier was good, they do have lot of good policies , but only selected few are allowed to use. Politics play a part. Like what is the point of 6 months paternity leave, if you gonna give leave of 10 days only.

Lot of issues. Favouritism is at its peak. People who are not capable are at top, asking non relevant questions. Senior management is very far from ground reality, and dictates. I have seen people being asked to leave, as their reporting head stated " shakal pasand nahi hai". For first few months, they will encourage you to think out of box and give creative ideas, and same ideas credit will be taken by these age old dinosaurs sitting at top and then , you will be on no use to them.
