Since its a startup hence you get a lot of learning opportunities. It has a flatverse culture. Anyone can reach out to anyone irrespective of the designation. No Sir Maam culture.

Few of them who are very old in the system tends to keep the power to themselves. They at no cost wish to let go of it. And for that they'll play dirty. Very very dirty.

People here use abusive language on ground and even in teams meeting.. They don't respect anybody. After working with blinkit the family problem has risen to a level where today we stand in a situation to leave family and die. Here they follow simple math, sitting outside the stores, offer some hard drinks to people.. sit with them and work… they don't understand someone in the family could be waiting.. no work life balance… After working here i have not only started abusing but also many other bad things..
