Employee performance matters a lot and based on the performance review and ratings, one gets promotion or appraisal on year ends. Little bit of bureaucratic structure within the organization. Failed to provide growth and job satisfaction. I wanted transition to different team and my line manager and skip manager plan to degrade my rating and issue PIP on my behaviour, so i can't take any transition to different team. I asked for help to senior leader but they also showed their intention of not providing support. Management is.mean and selfish.
