Likes

Work life balance is good and flexi working hours helps to cater time to your family and other activities. Good if you join as an Associate or VP. For any other junior role one has to face a lots of politics.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and managers having all the power. Even HR are useless when it comes to employees' job protection. Senior management have some skip level meetings but it looks just like formalities.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work is monotonous and manager do not take initiative to bring on more variety of jobs. A quarterly cycle of same copy paste task.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
