I have been working as a software engineer for BBI for the past three years & I have mixed feelings about the company , On one hand, the company has good work life balance & flexible with work

On the other hand th company poor salary hike & a biased project allocation, The chennai office is also closed & i have to WFH . wish the company would improve these aspects & value the employees more

Even though the company size is small, there is a lot of interaction with colleagues and client. As long as the deliverables are on time, they don't mind if you are offline and they don't keep an eye on you 24/7. Job security is good too.

Dislikes

The finance team's attitude is not good, they don't answer on time.

I joined BBI as a data analyst trainee & i have learned a lot from the BBI university courses & the mentors. The company has good learning & development policy & support employee to upgrade the skill & get certification. The work culture also good & their team events & free lunches

Dislikes

The only thing is the low salary & lack of transparency in the appraisal process , I hope the management will address these issue soon
