The staffs are supportive, working environment is very learning but it seems company do not care about their employees (Er)as lot of engineers are out there to replace any one. Upraise is just a dream No complement from company for hard or smart work No bonuses, although being contractor company it should think about it. Salary delay, although it's corna crisis its terrible. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
