Accommodation Super Friendly Staff , Fixed Timing Salary on time in a probation period. After end of probation it varies. Helpful Staff like HR,Admin,Incharge except Cashier/Accountant. Smooth process for F&F.

A single Rupee approval from HO.even your Site incharge (GM,SGM,VP) approved the same . No time limit To get approvals of work order creation,Work Order Amendment etc from higher authority in the software used for billing process.They approve on their own will/Choice. There Should be fixed Limit to approve WO.etc like 2 days ...3 days etc

Who someone is fresher or trainee for them it is good to work. You will get sufficient time and opportunity to learn the things.

I learned a lot at the organization as there was a manpower shortage. One person was doing all the activities. So learning-wise, yes. Secondly, all the festivals were celebrated over there.

1. No work-life balance. 2. Company culture was poor. 3. No timely promotions or hikes provided. 4. Salary was never credited on time. One has to beg for a salary from the higher management. 5. Seniors were culturally poor. Used to treat juniors and freshers as trash. 6. Lot of politics in the organization. 7. Right candidates were never hired, only people who were referred. Nepotism.

BL Kashyap & Sons Limited is living in feudal era , The senior management in their south region & their 2nd in command at projects are behaves like feuds and they expect that anyone coming under them is their slave . Even though they are not well educated cant even hold a good conversation & corrupt to the very core of themselves they think that they are some kind of superhero. No chain of command , No proper execution plan , No vision , No strategy , No Respect. This company specially the owners must understand that the time has changed , No young guy like me want to work in such a toxic environment where everyone is back stabbing everyone . The new generation is full of aspirations they want to contribute but the senior people here are the primary hurdle , they are saturated in every sense and just want to do usual things , most of them I listen saying " 3-4 saal me retire hona hai jaisa hai chalta rahane do" how a person full of aspiration can work under such saturated person . One thing I like to suggest to the owners of this company (if they read these reviews) at least if you cant remove your senior people teach them how to talk without abusing to a person, teach them how to behave , teach them what a good conduct is , teach them integrity , .... and last but not least ... teach them basics of computer operation, how can u expect a project manager does'nt even work on a very basic spread sheet in these times....Read More
