I work in credit and collections and thought to share my view if that may help anyone looking forward to join biz2credit : Great place to work , good corporate culture and freedom to do your work and provide results . 2)Credit and collections is a tough job , but the technology,practices and work ethics make it easier for an associate . 3) The support by manager , assistant manager and colleagues are immense that helps bring best of you , Managers are approachable anytime and they are all ears to any concerns whether it be official or personal they do there best they can to make our life easy and focus on work. 4) Good leave policy, leaves are never denied for genuine reason and we don't have to run begging for a leave unlike many other MNC's .be honest about the reason and the manager never deny it . 5)Salary is fixed as we agree upon the time of joining , but there is no cap on incentives , you can earn good money to make your life better than yesterday . 6) Great work culture,Managers are approachable any time ,any concerns are addressed real time which is outstanding . .
