There has been a change in company policy regarding work from home. Now they are allowing everybody to work from home. There has been regular Fun @ Work events to keep the employees engaged.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work here. All work comes adhoc with a very tight timelines. There has been a slab wise deduction in fixed component of salary and it is moved to variable component of salary. There is notice period of 90 days.
