I joined recently. Going great so far. During salary negotiations they did not negotiate and offered what I had asked for, there is no Variable Pay, WFH/WFO is allowed. The team I am working with is very supportive too. There are internal training programs every month or so and you can go for external trainings and certifications if needed. The cost gets reimbursed.

This is the third class company this company has no much project so HR will ask you to upskills yourself by taking udemy training. If you do not perform well in a project then manager will target you and raise the pip later you have to leave the company. Manager also target you if you doing well and make false comment like we are moving you to new project and then later you will come on bench.
