Bits Info Services has served gold in my career. Besides some friendly colleagues, the space has enhanced my content writing skills excellently. The co-founder, Mr. Subhajit Saha, is a kind-hearted person. I have seen people resigning their posts and later returning to the very same positions. Yes, Mr. Saha is that empathetic and genuine to have offered a second chance to these personnel. Although the daily target is 4000 words, Mr. Saha does not restrict his employer with strict deadlines. He simply and clearly states if and when there's a deadline. Even if a client abuses you for minor mistakes in your content, Mr. Subhajit Saha does the best to handle the situation correctlt. For workaholic individuals, you get a chance to improve your productivity by earning incentives. I have seen my colleagues doing truckload of incentives but unfortunately I could not utilise this opportunity due to some personal issues. But all throughout my journey at BITS, everyone starting from my coworkers, juniors, seniors, and bosses, especially Subhajit Sir have supported me immensely. BITS gives you a target that manu freshers would find difficult to meet. But for professionals, working at BITS is super amazing. I would say that the flexible work timing acts both as a boon and a bane. Besides, some team members may give you negative vibes. Another advantage of working with the company is the alternative Saturdays. Had I been gotten a chance to select it, I would vote for all Saturdays off. Career growth is decent but it would have been better if the salary structure was more impressive. If you join the company, please convince your boss to take such initiatives. You have to serve 1 month of notice period after you send your resignation. But don't worry about the documents, your boss will deliver it on time after your notice period....Read More

Great place to learn and sharpen your skills. Relaxed, learned new things everyday. Management is great, workplace culture is diverse. Hardest part of the job was calling it a day. The most enjoyable part of the day was coming to work. To round up, a great place to work; specially for freshers.
