The one thing that the company is good at is promoting semi qualified writers to the position of senior content writer and make them play dirty politics. You can reallylearn how to troll everyone in dirtiest possible way without any chance of good future. If you want to spent rest of the life inventing slang without any increment and promotion, come here. The worst work place in terms of environment. The manager is incompetent and have no control over its half educated seniors. Do not come here, if you are looking for experience. The Bits office in Kolkata is a terrible place to work. The work culture is abysmal. Mr. Subhajit Saha is one of the main stakeholders here and he is a sly and cold opportunist whose only motive is to extract the work from the employees with peanuts in the name of salary or compensation. He has 0 empathy for them and do not expect any cooperation or understanding from his side ever. They don't even have an HR and employee wellbeing is a joke to them. You can only expect exploitation as they can call you @12 at night for content requirements and then criticize you at the first opportunity that they get. But yes, you do learn the tricks of the trade here and can be lucky to get a good team. Most of the new joiners are forced to write positive reviews of the company and so don't get baffled by that. In these recession times, take the job only if you have to and learn the art of content as much as you can and then run away at the first opportunity you get....Read More

Flexible Timing: No error. Flexible timing is the best and worst part of this office. Be ready to receive call from "boss" during weekends and even at midnight. Incompetent Employer/employers. (Read exploiters) Terrible Infrastructure. Inhumane word count which you need to complete even if there's an apocalypse. Terrible payscaleIf the client, for whatsoever reason, rejects your content, the amount will be deducted from your salary. You will need to work on most of the national holidays.
