You can improve your skills and nothing get return, your salary after 2 year is less then trainee/ Frshser of another organization, company is presher cooker, and dhaval vyash is flame, join bitbuffs if you want to leave inside pressure cooker, they higher people on less salary and give them lots of work

The only saving grace is that there are a few good projects and you can learn if you are enthusiastic.

It is a horrible company. I had a pathetic experience. It is a small company and neither the HR nor the owner is supportive. They pay a meager amount compared to the work. Once they restructured the CTC of employees reducing the PF amount and explained that they are increasing the take home. But, they essentially just reduced the employer PF component.
