I am enjoying my time in the company and the people i worked with. My manager is very friendly and responsive. You can feel the open work culture in Birlasoft like a homely and friendly environment. They release the offer letter very early.
As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.

Only work life balance is good but totally depends on the team and project. Nothing much to expect
Extremely poor appraisals lowest in the entire industry and no one listens to you if you ask for work in specific technology. HR's are always not reachable. They didn't help you in any manner. If you complaint about appraisal they ask to talk to manager and if they don't listen talk to their manager and the cycle goes on and on. Also Don't expect anything during festivals.

Senior management is pathetic. They talk rubbish, treat people like labour. Project is totally in the hands of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency.
