This company is utterly unrelible when it comes to salary payment. January's salary is supposedly being paid on February 20th and there is no guarantee of that either. This is how they treat payroll staffs- Completely unacceptable. Its becoming difficult to manage family without saraly since almost two months. work enviornment is even worst. Seniors have zero trust on managers, constantly tracking their locations like they are criminals. Very bad culture, hire & fire policy, Senior management having no any fix vision, they change vision monthly or mostly quarterly. Management play with employee's carriers. Many times fired bunch of employees without any problems in there performance. Job security is big concern.

Salary never on time, Almost delayed every month, No job security whatsoever few colleagues been dismissed by the company without giving any prior notice. Company’s financial health is at major risk, they are indirectly playing with employees future plus company has no vision at all.

Bira 91 taproom help me in so many things especially before I work in Bira I don’t know nothing about alcohol and now and before my knowledge totally different I am improving in my knowledge and I want to learn and explore more other too.

Let me be honest myself I don’t have particular to dislike about working in Bira… the reason why I’m looking for a new job is I love exploring and making a new friends

Have huge market challenges as company didn't do settlements on time, customers doesn't have good opinion on the brand, etc... which impacts my professional life in Bira91, which I've taken as learning and now I'm experienced how to handle these kind of issues in future. Work life balance is good.

Many to say. 1. Leadership team is worst and had to be changed else company and brand will sink for sure. On a precise note, company pays their employees decent, but most of the leaders find comfort zones and doesn't do proper planning and no proper strategies too. 2. CEO who is founder of the company too, recruit top management employees from well established companies by providing falsifying commitments and proposals which leads them down at initial phase itself. And then they will lookout other jobs. 3. Ideas, vision everything seems to awesome only during leadership presentation but in reality employees from bottom to top level struggles a lot. 4. Upfront any one in the system at any departments of the company can see dictatorship culture. 5. Top Management people who joined doesn't like the company too but their legs are tied as company provided ESOP's and there is a vetting period which impacts if they leave the organisation that's the catch. 6. You can able see that company will be giving higher designation to the recent joiners but failed to check their competency. 7. Many employees who joined Bira91 are from famous brands like TATA, Pepsi, coca-cola, Pidilite, Zomato, Swiggy, Unilever, P&G, Asian Paints, Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance, etc... regretted later that they left well organised companies with good culture and values. No fixed working hour. Regional level politics. Managers have no clear focus objectives and strategies. Everything comes last minute and they do panic planning. Most of the times their stocks are not available and therefore you will miss on targets and incentives. They will ask you do 10 things at a time. Market settlements are never on time turning clients furious
