This company don't deserve this section. I left this company after 30 days of joining. This company wasted my 1 month.

They hired me as regulatory affairs intern, and made me to sit in quality assurance department because there is no regulatory affairs department in this company. For more than one and half month, they made me sit simply without training me. Instead they gave menial tasks like cleaning tables and computers, lifting weights , taking photocopy. Manager won't teach anything, I made a complaint to head , he also didn't take any action on manager. Both are frauds, not fit for doing their activities properly, instead they blame the employees. The manager is flirting with women employees of the company, and he always fights with male employees. I prefer not to join this company for regulatory affairs. They will give you high salary for regulatory affairs department and hire you, but once if you join , you won't see any development in your talent and career. All the employees working there are trying to shift for long time , but they can't shift because they don't have any knowledge. This company didn't train them properly. They are struggling to shift the company. Join a company that trains you properly and a company having good learning platform. If you prefer salary over skill development, You will struggle after few years.This is a fraud company with irresponsible head and manager....Read More
