Worst company no one can join Worst culture for old employees and their attitudes even though management also like that. No job guaranty, only fresher can join for learning technics freely with a salary. If you resigned they won't give a salary this company not employee support purely business mindset.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1. If you want to join this company you have to politics very well and no need to do work 2. No work life balance you have to work at lest 10 hours 3. Hole company run with timelines without knowledge and no future vision 4. Projects should be complete without trail error or back test after that so many quarries will come 5. Manager are puppets they ask only one thing completed or not they don’t have minimum knowledge 6. If any one have problem they will skip the problem 7. Some people are there they one spreading rumours 8. They are chatthai latterly HOD also 🤣🤣 9. No increments 2 or 3 percent that to December only they will give 10. And biggest thing is Arrears are given by EMI basis’s Upto the march so overall year you will receive increments 11. No leaves policy on paper it’s only oral policy 12. Analytical method should be complete with 1 day 13. Without STP before they will start lanning for COA 14. If you ask any questions they will target you 15. One mootu and one pathulu is there they will always try to blame other R&D group leaders and analytical Group leaders 16. They don’t need quality work they want quantity with time line 17. They thinks the process discussion will do like scientists but it will happens like Rashna soda making 18 if you said it’s going wrong they will target you they thought you have knowledge their position in danger 19. You want spoil entire career and life join in Biophore in any department 20. No bonus if you resign all leave will be collapse incase you took leave direct LOP 21. No employee benefits .
