Such type of person mentality and how biocon kept till now a question mark. No body likes him all over the department. Very criminal minded and there is no skill and knowledge at all. One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments.
