We have taken some initiatives to maintain a healthy work-life balance like providing flexible timings if the process permits and conducting yoga sessions for mental well-being. We request you approach your respective manager and express your learning interests. We will try our best to align the process and support you in terms of training. Incentives and payroll are structured and benchmarked around various considerations and aspects like sales volumes, performance, merit, etc. However, we are open to suggestions for further improvement.
