Had joined here for the Period of 3 months, yes very short tenure as Team Lead in operations Bank reconciliation, Which is Managed by Pramod Purshotham (Non sense Person ) . who does not have the Skills of people Management and Leadership skills. He unnecessarily keeps on nagging staff for no reason with his micro management way ofworking . Many of the staff are unhappy the way things are being functioned at the BillDesk. Higher management is not bothered about the staff and only wants the task to be completed by hoke or croke . HR is just a puppet here ....Read More

The company does not have any particular structure, although this might look like a disadvantage but this also helps self starters a much higher reach without limitations as you do not have a restrictive mechanisms that come with layered institutions. If you are good at something there are no limits to the good work you can do.

Dislikes

Due to no clear career path the company only retains a very lathargic and sluggish experienced talent pool. The HR or any employee friendly policies are non existent which makes this a very boring place to work. You only find the mediocrity working here so any talented individual leaves in a short span of joining.

Work life balance is really good. You won't loose your job under any circumstances.

Increment cycle is the WORST in BillDesk. Haven't yet received Increment for the year 2023-24 and we are already in 2025. I have got only 1 Increment since joining this Company in 2022. Also there is 0 communication from HR and higher management regarding this year's Increment.

- The work assigned is not aligned with the experience level. - All managers tend to practice micromanagement. - Internal salary hikes are minimal; it is advisable not to set high expectations. - Project deliveries are often delayed, and the higher management does not seem to address the issue. - There is a lack of proper planning in the execution of projects or tasks. - There is no proper documentation or structured knowledge transfer sessions. - Only 15 leaves are provided annually. Despite completing the KRA process, the company is not providing the increment letter or disbursed the arrears. The increment arrears amount is typically provided in December or January after completing the KRA process for the past 9 to 10 months. Similarly, we have fallen behind by nearly two years, experiencing a significant lack of growth.

This is not a employee centric company. They have the worst leave policies. They are resistant in changing their process, architecture and design. They don't have any system for work culture. They are always late in bringing new business change. They have the worst HR department. There do partiality within employees for work from home.

The security team only knows to block stuff. Half of the internet sites are blocked very difficult to resarch anything. Saturday is "officialy" working but I wasn't told about this while hiring. Mostly don't have to work on holidays but still have to remain avaiable, so you can't own your saturdays. I used to heavly use docker during development at previous company but here my seniors haven't used docker and don't care about it.
